Any cancellation by you must be made to our email at info@athens-taxis.gr.
We will notify you of your cancellation via email.
In some cases, you may be entitled to a full or partial refund, depending on the number of days before the start of the tour, your cancellation request is accepted.

Formal cancellation policy
If you cancel or cannot cancel your tour as a result of force majeure, you will receive a full refund for the amount you paid for your transfer or excursion.
In the event of force majeure such as war, insurgency, attacks, volcanoes, extreme weather, earthquake or natural disaster that makes it dangerous or impossible to carry out your trip or transport safely.
For cancellation for any other reason (such as illness, change of personal circumstances), the date on which the cancellation request is received, from your details will determine the refund as follows:
If you cancel 30 days or more before the start of the tour or transfer: No cancellation fee. We will fully refund the amount paid.
If you cancel 14 days before the start of the tour or transfer: 20% cancellation fee.
If you have paid in full for your tour, we will refund 80% of your money.
If you paid only part of the transfer or the tour, we will refund only the amount paid over 20% of the tour price.
If you cancel less than 7 days before the start of the transfer or excursion: 100% cancellation fee.
